I’ve designed a custom weekly health planner that includes a tracker for: sleep, exercise, water, fruit & veggies, along with a grocery list and meal planner to help keep you in-line with your goals for the busy week ahead!

The breakdown:

  • Use the chart daily to calculate how much of each task you achieved

  • Breaks = it’s important for you mental health and overall well-being to take time to slow down each day, this can include: meditation, taking a hot bath, getting up from your desk and going for a brisk walk outside, sitting alone in complete silence or darkness, or listening to your favourite playlist with no distractions for example

  • Use the weekly meal planner on the right to plan your healthy meals for the week to come— this also makes it much easier to grocery shop if you know what you’re supposed to be cooking

To help you get started, here are some of my staple “healthy” grocery list must-haves:

  • Avocados

  • Green apples

  • Dark berries

  • Lemons

  • Organic spinach

  • Arugula

  • Carrots

  • Celery

  • Ginger

  • Organic hummus

  • Almond butter

  • Unsweetened goat's milk yogurt

  • Unsweetened nut milk

  • Virgin coconut oil

  • Grass-fed butter

  • Ezekiel organic sprouted whole grain bread

  • Smoked salmon

  • Organic ground turkey

  • Quinoa

  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • Organic dark chocolate bar 70% cacao or more

  • Organic popcorn kernels
