My other hidden skin secret: probiotics.

Probiotics pull water back into the skin improving moisture absorption when used topically, which can help with aging! I use probiotics on my skin whenever I break out with eczema because of its strong anti-bacterial properties, which means it can also be helpful in reducing any irritations + inflammation on the skin like acne.

Now you know TWO of my best kept skin secrets! Say bye-bye to over priced skincare with the best and easiest DIY face mask recipe! You can thank me later ;)

Use once a week for best results.
