BEST EVER | 4 Ingredient Plant-Based Cinnamon Rolls

Hello healthy cinnamon rolls!

All you need is 4 simple ingredients to make these delicious treats.

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 15 pitted dates

  • 4 ripe large bananas

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

D I R E C T I O N S

  • Preheat oven to 250F

  • Slice bananas vertically (3 slices in each banana)

  • Line a pan, lay out banana slices and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon

  • Pop bananas in the oven for one hour

  • While the bananas are baking, add the dates and vanilla to a food processor with 1/3 cup of water

  • Pulse until mixture is combined creating a paste

  • Once the bananas are cooked and cooled (15 mins), spread the date paste along each slice, roll them up, sprinkle with extra cinnamon and it pop back in the oven at 250F for 1.5 hours

  • When they’re ready, allow to cool then drizzle with vanilla yogurt

There you have it. Delicious guilt-free cinnamon rolls that actually taste good ;)
