Refreshing Coconut Water Matcha Latte

A hydrating take on the traditional much-loved matcha latte

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 heaping teaspoon organic matcha powder

  • 1 cup coconut water (no sugar added)

  • optional: raw honey or stevia

  • ice cubes

  • whisk

DIRECTIONS

  1. boil 1/4 cup of water

  2. while water is boiling, add ice and coconut water to a tall glass

  3. combine boiling water and 1 heaping teaspoon of matcha then whisk until frothy

  4. once matcha is smooth and creamy you can add honey or stevia and froth once more

  5. finally pour matcha over coconut water, sip, and enjoy!
